International Clergy Affiliate Network (I CAN) seeks to help those who are called into ministry. We want to help the man or woman of God who has a desire and call to serve Him by serving others. We also seek to develop good relationships with Jesus at the center. I CAN is a division of Revealed Heart Ministries of Tazewell County,Virginia.

RHM's focus in all facets is to help people recognize and know the presence of God in their life, and to bring healing to the wounded areas in their spirits, souls, and bodies. We serve a real God with whom we can also be REAL. I CAN is a fellowship of fellow ministers who have the same burden for the hurting, and seek to be "real" as well.

The Lord birthed I CAN for several reasons:
Some have been told they could never have credentials due to their gender; some have labored to bring healing to others without any support from other ministers; some have need of fellowship and relationship, etc. The purpose of I CAN is to provide validation, support, relationship, accountability, resources and encouragement for ministers who are called to help others who have been emotionally and/or spiritually wounded. We endeavor to mentor those who desire mentoring, and provide grace-based resources and information, as well as offer ministerial credentials. This network is inter-denominational, and allows grace for all denominations and streams.

I CAN is not interested in religion or religious practices. We promote a deep personal relationship with our God, and accepting Him the way His Word reveals His nature: kind, correcting in love, long-suffering, gentle, powerful, forgiving, loving, compassionate, and sure. He desires us to shed all our pre-conceived ideas of what worship and serving God meant to us before, and embrace His grace-based true servanthood.

I CAN desires to provide seminars, literature, resources and networking for ministers to help them present a REAL God to people with real wounds and needs. We seek to help the ministers also face their own wounds and issues, and gain support in that in a safe environment. We hope to help ministers understand dysfunction, and be able to shine the light of God's truth on it in their own lives and in the lives of those to whom they minister.

We believe that besides an intimate relationship with God, relationship and connecting are the most important things we need as humans. We will endeavor to facilitate that for all I CAN affiliates, and help you maintain good, supportive relationships with other affiliates and co-laborers.

Mentoring supervision is offered for those who seek credentials, so you are not alone as you venture out in your calling. We will provide regular correspondence (via mail or Email), telephone calls, and face-to-face meetings. We will be available to you 24 hours a day, to pray with you or to discuss any need or emergency you might have. Although we cannot provide financial or legal support of affiliates at this time, we will make our experience and spiritual gifts available to you, as well as our friendship and love. Here, you will belong.

Being in full-time ministry can be isolating and lonely at times. We hope to help ease that pain and discomfort. We need one another, and need to not only give but also RECEIVE comfort, encouragement, prayer, edification, exhortation, and acceptance. We believe you will find this here at I CAN, where you can be "real" and be a servant of the Most High God.
